Shipping. Download purchases will be available immediately after payment. Physical products, like CDs, generally will be mailed 1-4 days after order, and usually arrive in 7-10 days.
Returns. We will be happy to refund the purchase price within the first 30 days after purchase if you are unsatisfied. For physical products, like CDs, simply mail the package back to us with the original packing slip. For a download product, just delete all copies from your hard drive and send an email requesting a refund to orders@deltatao.com. If you include a note about why you are unsatisfied, it will help us improve our service in the future.
