The Honourable Judge Haengemie, presiding.
With Bellafae serving as Bailiff.

To all who read these precepts, the following transcript of this trial is true and correct, to the best of my knowledge.
Clera, reporting.

[Haengemie] <standard pre-trial court briefing>
[Mac-arena] I believe that no one can be fairly tried, in any way, until three things are known.
[Mac-arena] these three things are means, opportunity, and motive.
[Mac-arena] we already know the opportunity, and some of the means. this trial is to find out the motive.
[Mac-arena] I would like to say up front I do not seek a guilty verdict.
[Mac-arena] think of this more as a subpoena.
[Mac-arena] to know more of the means, let us seek first-hand knowledge.
[Mac-arena] Witness: Michael
[Haengemie] Thank you, Mac-arena
[Haengemie] Michael, please approach the witness railing, to the Northeast of the jury box. You have 15 seconds.
[Haengemie] Lilit, you have 90 seconds to speak, unless the jury deems your testimony irrelevant.
[Lilit] Mac-Arena, by his own admission, uses this court for his own ends.
[Lilit] If this jury finds for anything other than frivolous...
[Lilit] You encourage suits of this nature in the future.
[Lilit] Do you wish to encourage the courts use in this fashion?
[Lilit] I think not.
[Lilit] In spite of what you may or may not think of me, Mac-Arena's action calls you away from other matters.
[Haengemie] 10 seconds remaining, Please finish up, or say "done"...
[Lilit] I do not think you want to see this done again.
[Lilit] done
[Haengemie] Thank you, Lilit
[Haengemie] Mac-arena, you have 120 seconds to speak, unless the jury deems your testimony irrelevant.
[Mac-arena] I say now that this subpoena is not solely for me, it is for all of the exiles.
[Mac-arena] knowledge is power, and if we know how the undine operate, are summoned, etc. we can know how to defeat them at some point in the future.
[Mac-arena] as I have said, we need to know two things at this point
[Mac-arena] 1) more of the means, by which undine are created and/or summoned and how their power comes to them (including soulglasses)
[Mac-arena] (including soulglasses0
[Mac-arena] 2) the motives for lilit's work, besides her religion.
[Mac-arena] Witness: Fuzz
[Haengemie] Thank you, Mac-arena
[Haengemie] Fuzz, please approach the witness railing, to the Northeast of the jury box. You have 15 seconds.
[Haengemie] Thank you, Fuzz. You have been called to testify in this matter, please state the pertinent facts to the jury.
[Haengemie] Fuzz, you have 120 seconds to speak, unless the jury deems your testimony irrelevant.

[Haengemie] Lilit, you have 120 seconds to speak, unless the jury deems your testimony irrelevant.
[Lilit] Mac-Arena disrespects this court, and he disrespects my work against the Darshak.
[Lilit] This venue is not one for investigation...
[Lilit] ...but for prosecution. I am not even accused of a crime!
[Lilit] He states no crime against me, but wishes an audience for his speculation.
[Lilit] Can you abide this?
[Lilit] Is this a suitable use for the courts?
[Lilit] I have stated again and again, and the court record will show...
[Lilit] ...I do my rites so that I may strike at the Darshak.
[Lilit] This exercise is a waste of time for all of us.
