To all who read these precepts, the following transcript of this trial is true and correct, to the best of my knowledge.

[Haengemie] <standard pre-trial court briefing>
[Yor] Baba invited me on a Noth hunt to help "watch over" a group of weaker exiles.
[Yor] Upon leaving, we were met with 2 Xar'Noths on the North beach. Chaos ensued and most fell since they were unsure about what to do.
[Yor] I unselfishly ran one Xar south and held it trapped on South border so they could get fallens up while somebody held the other
[Yor] I suddenly fainted and the Xar killed me. When I awoke a minute later Invid had come down to hold the Xar.
[Yor] I soon realized Baba was killing the other Xar without me, even though I could easily be raised while both Xars were trapped.
[Yor] Bare in mind we had 5 healers (Axell included), plus I was the only one besides Baba who could hit the Xars decently.

[Yor] Despite that fact, my screams were ignored and I wasn't raised until the first Xar was killed (almost entirely by Baba)

[Babajaga] Chaos ensued and most fell since they were unsure about what to do.
[Babajaga] I asked two healers to go and raise Yor.
[Babajaga] First one, then when not one was not enough-the other
[Babajaga] Ihad to keep pounding the Xar
[Babajaga] When it was red, I waited for Yor to arrive

[Babajaga] And we had to kill it

[Yor] Now it's obvious that Axell could have held one Xar behind a tree while somebody held the other on the ocean so I could be raised
[Yor] But Baba, known for her ultra-conservative self-serving ways, chose to kill one before getting me without even considering another avenue
[Yor] I had stated earlier in the hunt that I had a chain so it could have been used in this situation as well...another avenue.
[Yor] This conservative attitude has been known to leave people fallen much long than necessary in the past....
[Yor] ...While she kills everything in sight. The same goes for excluding people unecessarily from kills and chests.
[Yor] I was excited when I saw two Xars so imagine my disappointment when I was left out of the killing of one
[Yor] I usually do the "nice guy" thing and hold creatures or lure them away so others can carry on....
[Yor] ....And I don't mind missing kills if there is no other way. But if there IS obviously another way I DO mind, like in this case.
[Yor] How many of you think that if Baba was the one holding something that she would be left out of killing other stuff?
[Yor] Or if she was fallen the rescue wouldn't be speeded up so she could get raised quickly?

[Yor] Well most exiles are afraid to speak up against exiles like her but I am not.

[Yor] So I ask this jury to consider my position in the matter and give me the justice I deserve.

[Babajaga] Yor is accusing me of self-serving ways. What he is asking for is nothing more than this- to run a group that dont know how to deal with Xars-to beach - so HE can get his tag in
[Babajaga] My concern is with the group
[Babajaga] The groups survival means evrything
[Babajaga] We had a situation were 2 Xars were pounding on the healers
[Babajaga] A mystic fallen
[Babajaga] The ONLY mystic
[Babajaga] What are most importan? the tag and exp of one exile, or the survival of the whole group?
[Babajaga] I always choose the latter
[Babajaga] if that is wrong, then jail me

[Haengemie] I suggest that the jury recommend a stiff sentence.
