Eric's Cascade
What is it?
Eric's Cascade is a PowerPC-only interactive screensaver. It's
a toy that shows off the speed of your PowerPC Macintosh and is a lot of
fun. "Water" pours out of faucets, and you can divert
the water with blocks, magnets, and spinners and do lots of other cool stuff.
It's really fast, it's interactive and it has a great interface. Cascade has
stereo sound and looks best in thousands of colors.
But are there any reviews?
Yup. This article by Craig Crossman appeared
in the Miami Herald and a bunch of other fine papers.
It's available now
Eric's Cascade started shipping at MacWorld San Franicsco on January
6th, 1998. Here are a few screenshots for you. These are 256 color gifs
so they're not as high quality as Cascade really is.
Where Can I Get It?
You can order it directly from Delta Tao Software at (800) 827-9316 or
