can now /examine a sunstone, just as if you'd
equipped it and typed /use /inspect.
- The
/tune command is now obsolete. Equip the sunstone
you want to tune and type /useitem sunstone /tune
# instead.

- Hamish
is better about spotting the name tags attached to post
office boxes.

- Circle
tests now slow down with the rest of the world during
prime time.
- Inventory
shortcut keys (Cmd-0 thru Cmd-9) for clothing and other
special items should now work correctly, or at least
better than before. This comes at a small price: you'll
need to reestablish your inventory keyboard shortcuts,
since the old ones could not be converted to the new
method.
- Shortly
after you log on, you will get a list of your
currently-online "friends", similar to the existing list
of clanmates. The new list is displayed as soon as the
players window is done filling up.
- Fixed
scroll wheel support in OS X -- hitherto, it had been
scrolling the wrong way.
- Added
a copy of the "Try the Demo!" button to the
select-character dialog

days. The gerbil whose trick it is to create new clans
had an accident. We believe we have trained this gerbil
to not piddle on the carpet any more.
- Many
gerbils have been retrained to make the world better when
you connect to the world and when things bump into each
other. We hope there will be no problems. Please forgive
the cute furry things if there are. They are doing the
best they can.
- We
have added a random time element to when raw karma is
awarded.

master password to your account. You will receive a
message when you log on if we don't like your password.
Please log
in
and change your password. If you don't get the obvious
message when you connect then there is no problem with
your password. Passwords must be 8 to 15 characters long,
must contain at least one non-letter, and be entirely
composed of letters, numbers, spaces, or the following
characters:
~!@#$%^&*()_+`1234567890-=[]{}\\|;':<>?,./.
Some players were having trouble creating new
characters.

- We
crashed inexplicably on 1/21 about 8:30pm.
- Your
coin bounties will now be displayed graphically as a
number of coins that float toward you. If the bounty is
shared, the total will float near the monster
corpse.
- Clothing
has been turned into items. Check your inventory, or see
Habille in the fairgrounds if you get a message from her
when you log in. Clothing can be worn, changed, dyed, and
sold.
- Clothing
doesn't fade in color, but it will eventually wear out if
you don't keep it maintained. It will give plenty of
warning before it falls apart and disappears. Clothing
only wears out while you're actually wearing it, not
while it's in your pack or you're in the
library.
- Double-click
on an article of clothing to equip it, or use /equip
shirt 2 or /equip shirt <#2>.
/unequip shirt doesn't need a number.
- Rental
cloaks don't work with clothing items. New dyeable cloak
items are in testing.
- Progress
was made on the Carbon
version for OS X.
It will be made available as soon as is
convenient.
